1. What if I don’t have a finalized floor plan yet?
You don’t need a finished floor plan. We can work with a floor plan with no rooms laid out yet and work with your sketch, idea, or existing layout—this session is meant to provide clarity at any stage.
2. Is this just interior design advice?
Not at all. This is a strategic, soul-aligned consultation that includes medical flow expertise, brand clarity, and moodboard visioning, designed to unlock deeper alignment and practical next steps.
3. When will I receive my deliverables?
Immediately after your session. You’ll receive a full summary of key insights, clear recommendations, and a curated moodboard to guide your next steps.
4. Can I apply the consultation fee toward a full design package later?
Yes! If you move forward with a full Simour project within 30 days, your consultation fee will be applied as a credit.
5. What if I want both space and brand guidance?
This session already includes both—a floor plan review and a soul-led brand evaluation with a curated moodboard. No need to book separately.
6. Can I reschedule my session?
Absolutely. We allow one complimentary reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
7. When will I receive my follow-up notes and moodboard?
You’ll receive your consultation summary, detailed notes, and moodboard immediately after your session. Everything we present will be shared with you so you can take action with clarity and confidence.
